Q. Who can purchase from Cable-Warehouse?

A. Anybody can. Athough we deal primarily with computer companies, Audio Visual retailers and installers, learning institutions and government departments, we don't have restrictions on who can purchase from us at our advertised prices.
 

Q. Can I get an order shipped to a country other than New Zealand?

A. No, we can only dispatch orders within New Zealand at this time.

Pricing

Q. Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of New Zealand GST?

A. All prices listed on our website are INCLUSIVE of GST - no nasty surprises at checkout here!

 

Q. I wish to make a bulk wholesale purchase, is this something you can help us with ?

A. Yes! We have a large customer base of retailers, installers, eletricians and other tradesman and many other commercial customers who enjoy a great discount on our already wonderful prices!  Simply contact us with your query and we'll be in touch, usually on the same day for you.

 

Q. I have seen similar cables in retail stores for many times the price of your cables, why are your prices so cheap? Is the quality still good?

A. We get asked this many times. The quality of our cables is of a very high standard and in many cases better than the cables in larger retail chains. We buy in bulk and have our items made to order direct from the factory. We bring in a shipping container at a time and usually well over 10,000 cables per order.
 

Stock

Q. How accurate are your stock levels displayed on your web site?

A. Because we have the items in stock in our own warehouse they are usually spot on. We strive for 100% accuracy in stock levels but like anything we are not perfect and human error can creep in. We usually have more of any one item in stock than you'd ever need though!

Payment

Q. How can I pay for product(s) I wish to purchase?

A. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard, you can also contact us if you prefer direct credit into our bank account and we'll send you all the details you will need.
 

Q. I do not have a credit card, how can I pay?

A. you can simply contact us if you prefer direct credit into our bank account and we'll send you all the details you will need.
 

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

A. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the order process. You will receive a confirmation and tax invoice from us via email shortly after the transaction has been completed.

Delivery

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. All orders received before 1.50pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be dispatched the same day via CourierPost's 'Signature Required' overnight courier service. Urban deliveries are generally before midday the next day but rural deliveries may take a little longer.

 

Q. What happens if there is nobody to sign for the delivery?

A. If the courier cannot obtain a signature at a delivery address, a calling card will be left requesting that the CourierPost office be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Q. Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

A. Yes, CourierPost will deliver to PO Boxes.
